Every Philo Sophie bag is handmade in the USA and ships from New York.

Processing. In-stock orders ship within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery. We ship within the United States via FedEx or UPS. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Express is available at checkout.

Cost. Standard shipping is free. Exact rates for faster options are shown at checkout.

Packaging. Each bag arrives in its dust bag and gift box.

Tracking. You’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Changes and cancellations. Email us before your order ships and we’ll update or cancel it. Once shipped, it can’t be changed.

Lost or damaged packages. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

International. We currently ship to the US only. Email us for special accommodations on international orders.
